2009 Ford Flex Window Tint

    Except the driver and passenger row all of the windows on the Flex come tinted from the factory. I wanted that same look for the first row as well so I turned to to ebay to see what my options were. I came across a seller called tintpro who sells “security tint” for virtually all vehicles. I watched a demo video of someone taking a hammer to the window of a car with this tint and I was sold, especially since we have a Garmin GPS unit on the dash.

    I ordered the 20% tint and it came precut for the Flex and ready for install. My first attempt didn’t turn out so good because I didn't use a lint free cloth to clean the windows so the tint had lots of tiny bubbles in it. The seller allowed me to buy the tint again for reduced price and I did the job again, making sure the windows were super clean and lint free. The tint looks great and very similar to the factory tint on the rear windows.

WARNING: If you do buy this or any other tint MAKE SURE THE WINDOW IS REALLY, REALLY, REALLY CLEAN, and absolutely lint free, or your tint will have small bubbles in it.

    I know how strong this stuff is because I had to peel off the old tint and I then tried to tear/mutilate the tint, that stuff is extremely strong!
